Investigations and
Environmental Assessments

RJN conducts inspections for asbestos and other hazardous materials for all types of buildings & facilities. RJN performs Phase I investigations and other related environmental site assessments (ESAs) for evaluating risks related to leasing or purchasing real property.
UST and Hazardous Materials Management

RJN compliles the assessment data and evaluates the RECs (Recognized Environmental Condition) and the presence of hazardous materials. Then, in consultation with the client, scenarios to address the environmental risks and concerns are evalated. This can result in a remediation plan or a BEA or Due Care Plan to document requirements for site management.

Monitoring & Management

RJN will facilitate all aspects of the remediation process. RJN will coordinate and engage the best contractors for your specific type of project contamination to achieve site closure or mitigate the hazardous material in compliance with the regulatory agencies.
